Test
Today in west civ, all we really did was take a test. The test was open blog, which was a huge relief, but I still hope I did good. I really never know if I did good or not so ill just have to see tomorrow. The test wasn't scantron which I liked because I hate scantrons. Scantrons always make me feel like Im taking psats or exams. Tomorrow, I leave class early because im going to florida which I am super excited for. West civ today was pretty normal and hopefully tomorrow will be too.

Review
Today in west civ, we reviewed a lot for the test tomorrow on greeks and gods. We watched a part two to the video that we saw individually a couple weeks ago. I really hope I do good on this test because I usually don't do so good on tests because I either study not enough material or I assume I know the material. This test, I really studied hard so I hope I do good on the test. Usually, it's just west civ I don't do good in, but hopefully that could change this quarter.

Greek Gods
In west civ today, we didn't do much even though it was our long class. First, we looked at the 58 point quiz paper and went over all the other important rulers. We went over rulers like, Aspaia, Cliesthenes, and Isagoris. We also got told that we have a test next Tuesday because we don't have class Monday. Its on everything weve learned from the movie and the 58 point quiz paper. Then we talked about who could be ostracized (casted out) in America and the first name that came up was Miley Cyrus which I thought was pretty funny. All we really did today was talk about greek gods but west civ today overall was pretty fun.

Maddies Birthday
Today in west civ it was Maddie's birthday. Mr. Schick show him our projects againdidn't know what our projects looked like so we had to show him our projects again. Me and maddie's project wouldn't open, but he told us we could show him the pictures and we would get a 90 which really saved my grade big time. At the end, we also watched a close call video and it was so scary. West civ today was pretty fun.

quizlet
Today in west civ, we didn't do very much. First, we talked about how Mr. Schick wasn't going to be here tomorrow because of something that all freshman teachers are going to. Then, we looked at a quizlet about a test that'll be on Friday about Athens and Sparta and the Greeks. We also took notes on the quizlet. I just copied the link down so I could see it and quiz myself right off my laptop. West civ today was really boring but at least I have a good website for studying.

Presentations
Today in west civ, we presented our commercial projects which took up the whole class. Me and Madi's project I thought was pretty good and I hope we got a good grade because we worked hard on it. Plus, I really need the grade to bump my final grade up. We all presented today, except for Dominic and Logan which will probably present tomorrow. Today, west civ was pretty easy and fun at the same time.

Project
Today in west civ, we didn't watch the video that we had to take notes on for a change. All we did was work on our project which is due Tuesday instead of tomorrow. Im happy we got an extension because I would've never finished in time or even if I did get it done, It wouldn't have been good. So anyway, my partner for the project is maddie and we have a really good commercial. Its a really fun but challenging project but I like it. That's really all we did today, but at least we got some work done.

Video
Today in west civ, we watched a video. We didn't do much, but we took notes on what the video was about. It was about the same thing we did yesterday, but we also got told that our project wasn't due until Tuesday which im happy about because it gives me more time to think and put it together so it will be a great commercial. West civ today was pretty normal and tomorrow will probably be the same.

Video
Today in west civ we didn't do very much. We met Mr. Schick's daughter which was pretty cool, but we also got a worksheet which was our review for a 58 point quiz. After that, we just watched the video that had to do with the worksheet so were ready for the test. Mr. Schick also tried to use the smartboard today, but it didn't work out too well. West civ today was pretty normal and boring, but I guess that's okay.

Project
In west civ yesterday, Phil and matt taught the class. They were really funny and it was entertaining to see them trying to teach. They went over a lot of things from when we had to take notes and explained them pretty clearly. After Mr. Schick made them stop, we talked about a project that's due Friday. We have to make either a storyboard or a video that talks about either Athens or Sparta. Before that, we watched some tourist commercials from different cities to give us inspiration. So our actual project is to make a commercial for either one of the cities. West civ was pretty fun yesterday and I think the project will be fun too.
